Tracking Down Menopause

Many women find themselves in menopause and experiencing so many symptoms that managing and effectively treating their symptoms becomes about as clear as mud. A Menopause Diary (or Symptom Tracker) is helpful in determining how many menopause related symptoms you are actually dealing with, how often you are experiencing them and how greatly they bother you.

I recommend printing a symptom tracker and charting your symptoms on a daily basis.  A great, free printable can be found here:
A more comprehensive tracker, which includes charting your menstrual cycles (if you are still menstruating), can be obtained by contacting me directly, here.

Once you have charted your symptoms for a minimum of 6 weeks, consider talking with your personal Dr about your concerns (bringing your chart with you of course), or apply for a Health Breakthrough Session with me so we can chart a course of action to get you feeling great, fast!

In the meantime, check out some of our past blogs on Mental Health & Menopause , Recognising Hormonal Imbalance and How Weight Loss can ease Hot Flashes!

If you are interested in taking action to move your health to the next level, please apply for a complimentary Health Breakthrough Strategy Session by filling out the contact form here (Please note – it doesn’t matter where you are in the world for you to benefit, as long as you have an internet connection or phone line).
