Many women find themselves in menopause and experiencing so many symptoms that managing and effectively treating their symptoms becomes about as clear as mud. A Menopause Diary (or Symptom Tracker) is helpful in determining how many menopause related symptoms you are actually dealing with, how often you are experiencing them and how greatly they bother you.
I recommend printing a symptom tracker and charting your symptoms on a daily basis. A great, free printable can be found here: https://www.womenshealth.gov/menopause/menopause-basics/
